Technical Sales Engineer
Job description:
Develop and execute an efficient strategy in the territory of Norway, while building up and maintaining customer relationships. Promote creative solutions for our clients with our products to ship designers, ship yards, ship consultants, ship owners, etc. within the maritime sector in Norway.
Skills:
- Fluent in English (verbal, listening and in writing)
- Strategic planning
- Develop and implement sales policies for the shipbuilding sector
- Complex problem resolution and general management expertise
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills

Experiences:
Technical education and experience in a maritime related field. Sales experience.
Abilities:
Ability to establish and maintain collaborative partnerships and provide a cooperative atmosphere. Ability to compose and maintain a customer range. A flexible team player with a proven ability to work successfully. Affirmed ability to build strong working relationships, internally and externally within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain regular contact with customers
- Hold presentations and manage customer discussions
- Commercial and technical negotiations with the customer
- Identify and contact sales prospects
- Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows and conferences
- Develop a sales plan and strategy for assigned territory
